  • 160g oatmeal
  • 4 bananas
  • 113g applesauce
  • 45g of bittersweet chocolate or cacao chips
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon or cacao
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Olive oil (for greasing the pan)

 For the topping:

  • 45g of bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Optional: Cocoa

Preparation

You should preheat the oven and mix all of the ingredients together. Take one pan, grease it with olive oil and put parchment paper. Take the mixture and make balls with your hands, put each ball on the paper and flatten them in the end. Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes top on 250 degrees.

Serving

In the meantime, prepare the topping. Start preparing when you see that 15 minutes have passed by. Put the peanut butter on low fire in a small pot, and add pieces of bittersweet chocolate. Stir until you get a smooth, creamy topping for your cookies. Put your cookies in a palate, and while it’s still hot, put the topping on top of the cookies. You can also put cocoa if you like your cookies like that. Cocoa gives a special taste on these cookies.
