The secret in this powerful drink is in three of its ingredients: turmeric, ginger and onion. You already know their healing properties and how healthy they are, but let’s briefly remind ourselves.

  • Ginger: removes mucus accumulated in the lungs
  • Onion: antioxidant, anti-cancer properties

Now, let’s see the actual recipe

  • 2 ½ tablespoons of ground turmeric
  • 1 ginger root, chopped
  • 250g chopped onion
  • 1l of water
  • 350g of raw honey

Put the water into a pot and heat it. Add the honey and mix. Next, add the onion and ginger and mix. After a few minutes, add the turmeric and let it boil on low heat.

Boil for 15 minutes and strain. Put the liquid into a glass jar and leave it in room temperature. After it completely cools down, put it in the fridge.

Consume 1 tablespoon twice a day. Take the first one in the morning on an empty stomach and the second one after your last meal.
