First recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of aloe Vera
  • ½ cucumber
  • Olive oil and yogurt

How to prepare it

Start by removing the crystal from the aloe, cutting it into small pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces as well. Now, put both ingredients to the blender and add the olive oil or yogurt. The recipe will be ready when ingredients are smooth and look consistent.

How to use it

Clean your face, apply the cream that you just made with the help of cotton. Allow the mask to work all night. Repeat the process 3 times a week.

Second Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • Yoghurt

How to prepare it

Wash, peel and chop the carrots into small pieces, blend together with the lemon juice and yogurt. Mix the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous paste.

How to use it

As in the previous recipe, with the skin clean, apply the mask and allow it to act for 30 minutes; afterwards, rinse it well.

Third recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 drops of olive oil
  • ½ cup ground oats
  • Almonds ¼ cup
  • ¼ cup of sunflower seeds
  • Milk cream

How to elaborate it

Blend the almonds until they are completely crushed, then peel the sunflower seeds and blend them together with the almonds. When everything is ground, add the other ingredients and blend again.

How to use it

Apply the mixture every day on the face and allow it to act for 30 minutes.
