You’re working out for months now, and you feel the need to change your routine. That’s what regular exercisers are! Well, listen up people! Here are some tips to become even better in what you do!
For all the fitness junkies, there only one thing to say: set some new goals! If you were doing cardio workouts so far, try gaining some muscles: start lifting weights, go on hiking or consult your trainer for exercises that will help you achieve your goal.
Push! Try to do the workout better than yesterday, and don’t worry if you’re feeling tired. Tired is good. Tired is what makes you stronger. At the end of the day you won’t feel this way. You’ll feel fresh, satisfied with what you have achieved and even more motivated to continue fighting for the best.
Do the most what you hate the most. There’s a reason why you hate a particular exercise: it is too difficult for you. Or so you think. By doing it constantly, not only you’ll master it, but you’ll laugh at it as the time passes. The best way to incorporate these “difficult” exercises in your long-term exercising is to do them at least once or twice a week.
Watch what you’re eating! Drink water! We wouldn’t elaborate on these two basic advices because they’re obvious when someone is trying to stay fit. But just like a reminder, drink as much water as you can, count your calories and stay away from fried foods.
