Preparation

To prepare your Mediterranean olive spread, you first need to slice the olives and pick out the pits. Then, put them into a blender or a food processor of your own choice, add the olive oil, and blend until you get a smooth mixture. Next, put the rest of the ingredients (except the optional) and blend again until all of the ingredients are united. At last, put the mixture in a bowl and put the cream or the homemade ketchup. And finally, stir for 2 minutes and put it into the fridge. Super easy, right?
