After that time, we strain the liquid. The result will be an excellent tonic with which to massage the affected area.

5. Echinacea

It is considered that since echinacea has a certain anti-inflammatory effect, its consumption in the form of an infusion could be beneficial in alleviating the discomfort of tendonitis.

6. Foods rich in magnesium and silicon

Specifically, foods rich in magnesium and silicon would be beneficial. We can find them in almonds, soybeans, spinach, lettuce, asparagus and green vegetables in general. They are a useful resource to relieve tendinitis.

7. Pineapple

Pineapple is a food rich in water and fiber, which helps combat fluid retention and inflammation. For this reason, t it can be useful to relieve the discomfort of tendonitis.

It is very common in the diet of athletes, as it is used to prevent injuries and mitigate muscle pain. Mix it, for example, with pieces of papaya.
