Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of Epson Salt
  • 1 liter of water
  • A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 5 drops of Resin oil
  • 1 tablespoon of pure molasses
  • A tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of milk

Preparation and use:

Epson salt is the best thing to relax the muscles of cramps.

Heat a liter of water and add 3 tablespoons of Epson salt. Submerge the arm, to the elbow, for 10 minutes. Repeat the action 5 times, for 2 weeks. After doing this you are going to rub the resin oil on your arm, with massages.

In the mornings take 2 tablespoons of molasses in a cup of warm milk. In the nights take 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 of vinegar in a glass of warm water. Remember to do it daily for 2 weeks.
