You’ll all have an awesome holiday and spend some quality time together!

How to make the healthiest Halloween party ever?

Do it like…

This is one of the most interesting healthy activity for the kids. All you need is: a dozen orange balloons, paper and a marker! Can you imagine that? First of all, you need to draw Jack-O’-Lantern’s face on the balloons. Next, you need to write some instructions on the pieces of paper. These instructions can be:

  • Be a ghost
  • Act like Frankenstein
  • Fly like a bat
  • Pretend you’re a zombie
  • Free yourself from a giant spider web
  • Hiss like a snake
  • Fly on the witch’s broomstick

The more creative you are with these instructions, the more fun you’ll have!

Don’t drop the pumpkin

You can also be very creative with this game. You can, for example, line the kids and put a small pumpkin in their hands. Tell them to hop like toads without dropping the pumpkin. Anyone who drops the pumpkin won’t get an extra treat! Fun and healthy, that’s the point, right?

Scavenger hunt for skeleton parts

Make from paper or buy plastic skeleton. Hide the pieces around the house and give them 5 minutes to find them. The kids will run around the house like crazy, because the challenge is even more fun when there’s time limit. Use an old alarm clock to signal when the time is up. They’ll simply love it. After they’ve gathered the parts, tell them to reassemble the skeleton, and when they see there are parts missing, repeat the mission.

Dance until you’re told otherwise

Put some Halloween-y tune on your phone. Give the kids these instructions: When the music starts, you need to dance like a monster. When I stop the music, you need to freeze in the position you are. Whoever moves even the slightest won’t get extra treats. When the music starts again, continue dancing. Woah! Kids love these kinds of games. The freezing part will make them laugh so much that they’ll lose balance and move a little bit. Don’t be so harsh with them if they’ve moved just a little bit. 🙂

Have a fun and healthy Halloween guys!
