Ingredients and preparation:

  • 2 tablespoons of green tea

– You need to put the almond milk in a pot and boil it up to 70 degrees. The milk should be really hot, not warm. Then, add the 2 tablespoons of green tea and mix. Leave it covered for 15-20 minutes. After it cools down, drink one cup and repeat that every two hours until you’ve drank it all. Let’s reinstate this: so, you drink a cup every 2 hours for JUST ONE DAY. Meanwhile, you should also drink 2 liters of water, because this combination of almond milk and green tea works as diuretic*, so water is needed for balance.

* As this drink works as a strong diuretic, it is recommended to drink it only twice a month. However, if you’d like to drink it constantly, there’s another alternative: drink the green tea only, and you’ll lose up to 14 pounds in 2-3 weeks, while eating whatever you want!
