Stop doing these things after eating
Cigarette
Although cigarettes are the ‘tastiest’ after a meal, stop doing that immediately. After your meal, your digestive system is doing its job, meaning it works with the entire body. If you smoke a cigarette, the nicotine goes directly into your blood and disrupts the blood oxygen. This is certainly very bad for your health.
Water
If you’re thirsty, you better drink your water before eating. If you’re used to drink something during or after eating, you better drink something with room temperature or warm. Drinking cold water during and after your meal intervenes with the digestion of food. A warm beverage is closer to body normal heat so it eases the digestion.
Fruit
Never eat a fruit after your meal; if you must eat a fruit during your day, better eat it on an empty stomach. If you want to eat it after your meal, you should wait for 2 hours. Activity
