Bananas

Bananas are proved to be extremely helpful means for weight loss in general. However, mixed with some other ingredients, they give great results especially for those who want to get rid of belly fat. In this recipe, we’ll use 1 frozen banana.

Almonds

Almonds consist of a compound which limits the fat all over the body. They are a great source of vitamins and they taste good. We don’t need no more reasons to be convinced, right? Anyway, almonds also help in reducing cholesterol and risk of heart attack.

In our case, we’ll use one-quarter cup of almond milk, which contains about 7-10 grams of fat, but the good one, monounsaturated fat. Also, we’ll use ground almonds, 1 tablespoon and almond butter, 1/2 tablespoon.

Walnuts

Tip: The original recipe for this drink is with nutmeg, however, for security reasons, we chose to use walnuts. Excessive use of nutmegs can cause hallucinogenic, narcotic effects, so for our sake, we will use walnuts.

Walnuts are equally healthy and needed for our well-being. We’ve determined so far that saturated fats are bad for our body, but polyunsaturated fats found in walnuts, on the other hand, reduce fat storage and improve insulin metabolism. Walnuts are one of the best dietary sources for belly-busting benefit. We’ll use 1 tablespoon.

Cinnamon

The king of belly-fat-burning! Combined with all these previously stated ingredients which increase the metabolic rate, cinnamon controls the blood sugar and helps your body to produce less insulin.

Whoa… What a combination we’ve made, right? To sum up, here are all the ingredients we need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon of walnuts
  • 1/4 tablespoon of cinnamon

Blend these incredible ingredients and make your mixture. If it’s not creamy enough, you can always put 1/4 cup of water, depending on your choice.
