1. Pain in the head
The pain in your head, such as a migraine, can be caused by the stresses of the day. Take your time to relax and relieve stress throughout the day.
2. Pain in the neck
If you feel pain in your neck, you may have trouble forgiving others or yourself. Moreover, if you feel pain in your neck, you should keep in mind things that you and other people like.
3. Pain in the shoulders
Shoulder pain may indicate that you are carrying a heavy emotional load. Focus on problem solving proactively and distribute some of that burden to others in your life.
4. Pain in the upper back
