Every woman in the lifetime experiences at least one yeast infection. Furthermore, sometimes these are recurring yeast infections that seem to never end.

This is a very unpleasant situation many women struggle with. The unpleasant feeling appears because there’s a lot of itching, redness, swellings, stomach pain and the most disgusting thing, bad odor. Now imagine having all of these symptoms and being called on a public event… Not good, right?

The thing is, these yeast infections are a result of vaginal lining inflammation, caused by fungi or bacteria. Sometimes, no matter if you’re keeping good hygiene or not, you get these infections; candida is the most common. And why’s that so?

Recurring yeast infection cures

These three are probably the best home remedies you could use to fight fungi and bacteria. Vinegar, lemon and chamomile tea are folk secret remedies that has been used for years; even before medications were invented. Whenever women experienced vaginal problems, they would use these 3 ingredients and solve their problems. So, let’s see how.

First of all, let’s see how you could use vinegar for treating yeast infection. You’ll need a vinegar with 9% acidity; so not so strong. Add 2 tablespoons of it in a bowl with 4 cups of boiled water. Once it cools down a little, wash your genitalia with it, on the outside; so external use. You can use this mixture as long as you need, until that disgusting symptoms are gone.

Next, let’s see how lemon helps. Very simple! Just juice one lemon and take one tablespoon of the juice, adding it into 4 cups of warm water. Repeat the same procedure as with the vinegar; so use until your microflora is perfectly normal again.

And finally, take 2 tablespoons of chamomile, preferably dried. Add it to boiling water, remove from heat, cover and leave it for 10 minutes. After it cools down, repeat the same procedure as the previous two suggestions.

Further advice: There are many other homemade ingredients you could use, so avoid medications. You should consume a lot of dairy – especially yogurt. Yogurt has powerful probiotic properties, essential for treating bacteria. Also, when you’re experiencing these problems, never use bath creams or anything else when you’re showering. These products mess up the pH levels of your microflora and leave space for vaginal infection spreading; thus the recurring yeast infections.
